Welcome to Round 2 of the BWA Pro Wavesailing Series!
The coastal town of Inverallochy (near to Fraserburgh) in north east Scotland is set to host this entirely new event to the British circuit in 2025. This is a fixed date event.
WHAT IS A FIXED DATES EVENT?
A fixed dates event is an event that is either long enough in duration as to virtually ensure that some kind of weather conditions are received at a competition venue, or where the possibility or rolling over the event to future dates, in the event of no conditions, is not possible.
This style of event can be a little easier to plan your trip around since it is going ahead one way or the other.
Event Classification
Buchan Wave Classic 2025 is a ‘Fixed Dates’ event. This event will allow competitors to gain points towards regional champions status but will not count towards the UK tour titles.

Kids training: Yes. Wave Jam (free sailing) area being covered/supervised by Sami Poole.
The minimum entry level requirement for this training event is competent beach starting ability level with waterstarting ability being desirable. -
